What are possible complications of being in a car accident?

I have seen a lot of videos recently on survival tips. I also recently saw some videos about car accidents and how to prevent them. I have been careful eversince I watched those videos. I recently got a call from my secretary that one of our employees got into a car accident. What are the possible complications that he might attained?
