Who manages employment disputes in Singapore?

Disputes between the employee adn the employers are inevitable in any company and industry. Misunderstandings and errors accur even though it is unwanted. There are times when there are disputes related to salaries. Who manages these disputes and how are these disputes resolved for the employees and employers?

    Salary related disputes and employment disputes between the employee and employers are managed by the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (ATDM). Employees and employers register their salary and dismissal related claims at the ATDM. A claim referal certificate to the Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) will be issued if claims cannot be resolved through mediation.
